Power Plant Specialist, Maintenance (Full Time)

Primary Responsibilities

• Operation, repair, and maintenance of all equipment related to the Power Plant and Laundry operations.
• Boilers, pumps, hot water heaters, condensate systems, cooling towers, emergency generators, water softeners, commercial washers, dryers and folders.
• Training on power plant equipment operations on a scheduled basis.
• Provides training for in-house and outside personnel, as approved, for boiler licensing requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six (3-6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Third Class Boilers License required.
• Twelve (12) months experience operating and maintaining a comparable plant.
• Twelve (12) months experience operating and maintaining commercial laundry equipment.
