What You’ll Do
- Lead collaborative efforts between Accenture and clients to design and implement transformative business applications in the power generation and nuclear industry.
- Shape and execute strategies to address process applications or integration gaps, translating them into actionable programs and projects.
- Oversee application, process, and functional design activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
- Define and refine functional requirements to guide the application design process.
- Lead the development and testing of functional designs for innovative business solutions and components.
- Manage the implementation of applications, data conversion strategies, and test planning and execution.
- Support new business development initiatives, including marketing, proposal creation, and client presentations.
- Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in power generation, preferably in the nuclear or power plant industry.
- At least 3 years of experience leading client-facing teams and building effective business strategies.
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments to meet project milestones and client goals.
- Strong familiarity with emerging technologies in the nuclear sector, such as AI, predictive maintenance tools, or digital twins.
- Expertise in nuclear work management, including work planning, scheduling, and maintenance processes.
- Familiarity with nuclear asset management, equipment reliability, and configuration control.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree, 6 years of work experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Track record of applying creative and analytical problem-solving skills in complex environments.
- Strong desire to work in an information systems environment.
- Functional experience in Maximo.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills (both written and oral).

Pay
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The anticipated annual salary ranges for this role by location are as follows:
- California: $94,400 to $293,800
- Cleveland: $87,400 to $235,000
- Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800
- District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300
- Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800
- Maine: $80,400 to $216,200
- Maryland: $94,400 to $253,800
- Massachusetts: $94,400 to $270,300
- Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800
- New York: $87,400 to $293,800
- New Jersey: $100,500 to $293,800
- Virginia: $87,400 to $270,300
- Washington: $100,500 to $270,300
