Power BI Analyst

Our client in the industry is seeking a Power BI Developer to join their Department Name, supporting Team Name(s). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

About the role

Build, test, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models. Develop DAX measures and use Power Query and SQL to transform and validate data. Gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and define reporting metrics. Reconcile data across ERP, CRM, manufacturing, finance, and operational systems. Troubleshoot report performance, refresh, access, and data-quality issues. Support Power BI security, documentation, governance, and user adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience
• Strong Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data-modeling skills
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business users
• Ability to validate data and explain discrepancies clearly
