Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean and presentable workplace.
- Perform quality assurance checks on pre-treatment wash tanks and maintenance tasks.
- Establish and maintain performance metrics on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Analyze data for trends, take corrective action and report performance to management.
- Perform titrations, such as quantitative volumetric chemical analysis, report generation and record retention.
- Assure that customer performance requirements standards are met.
- Assist in controlling the highest quality finished product through the means of inspection, analysis, maintenance, and working as a liaison to Quality and Maintenance.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management.
Qualifications
- Work Experience: 2-5 yrs laboratory manufacturing and quality inspection experience with knowledge of titrations.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, Word, Excel.
- Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday; will be required to lift between up to 75 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 110lbs occasionally.
- Preferred Experience: Experience with CQI-12 and IATF16949 certifications, Forklift experience.
