Responsibilities Include: Prepare and clean surfaces, including wheels, for powder coatingOperate powder spray guns, sandblasting equipment, hoppers, booths, and conveyor systemsMonitor wash systems and cure/dry ovens to maintain proper operating conditionsPerform visual inspections and thickness testing to ensure coating qualityMeet departmental standards for quality, productivity, and efficiencyAssist with equipment cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairsLoad, unload, and move materials safely throughout the production processSupport additional shop duties as assigned What We're Looking For ✔ Minimum 1 Year Of Related Experience And/or Training ✔ Strong customer service mindset ✔ Basic data entry skills ✔ Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Ready to Join the Team?
