Total Rewards & Pay
Base pay: $19.00-$22.13 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Full-time team members are eligible for:

What You'll Do
- Work as part of a team to prepare parts for powder coating
- Perform masking, loading, unloading, buffing, and weld-spatter removal
- Inspect painted parts for quality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Ability to use power tools
- Strong eye for detail
- Commitment to working safely
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production documentation in English
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a production environment
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Work near moving equipment
- Frequently lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Reaching and repetitive motion
- Noisy environment; ear protection required
