Temporary-to-hire opportunity with a local company in Crossville, TN.

About the role

Install window tint on automotive, residential, and commercial glass surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut film to exact window dimensions
• Prepare glass surfaces by cleaning and removing debris
• Apply tint film using heat guns and squeegees to eliminate bubbles and ensure adhesion
• Inspect finished work for quality and compliance with customer specifications
• Operate company vehicle to transport tools and materials to job sites
• Maintain inventory of tint rolls, tools, and supplies

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional window-tinting experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation

Pay

$16–$18 per hour, depending on experience.
