Poult Delivery CDL Class A Driver - 1st shift

Job Summary

Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio, committed to quality and teamwork. The Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing exceptional care to animals in a small team setting. We are currently seeking a 1st shift Poult Delivery Driver to join our team.

Shift Details

• Monday and Thursday: 5:00am-2:00pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 1:00am-10:00am
• Saturdays: 1:00am-10:00am (some)

Starting Hourly Rate

$24.80 with the potential to increase to $25.30 after 90 days.

Additional Pay

• Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company approval)

Training

All training will be provided for this Class A CDL position.

Job Functions

• Delivering poults in a timely and professional manner
• Following all bio-security practices, SOPs, and animal handling guidelines

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a Class A CDL and a clean driving record
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Med Certification
