Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Poult Delivery Driver to join our team in Oakwood.
Responsibilities
- Delivering poults in a timely and professional manner.
- Following all bio-security practices, SOPs, and animal handling guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Must have a Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Med Certification.
- All training will be provided for this Class A CDL position.

Pay
Starting hourly rate: $24.80 with the potential of increasing to $25.30 after 90 days. Additional pay: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company approval).
Schedule
Shift hours: Monday and Thursday 5:00am‑2:00pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 1:00am‑10:00am and some Saturdays 1:00am‑10:00am. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work outside of listed hours if need arises.
