Job Description
The Kutluay Laboratory at WashU Medicine in Saint Louis, MO, seeks a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join their team. HIV-1 remains a significant global health challenge with no cure or vaccine available. The laboratory focuses on fundamental aspects of HIV-1 replication, virus-host interactions, and innate immune defenses, employing advanced next-generation sequencing and molecular biology techniques.
- Assists with grant preparation and reporting.
- Prepares and submits papers on research.
- Designs and conducts research experiments.
- Evaluates research findings and reports results.
- Maintains adherence to ethical standards and good laboratory practices.
- Maintains confidentiality of research records.
- Communicates openly and promptly with mentors regarding research matters.

Working Conditions

Salary Range

Education
