About the role

The successful candidate will participate in analysis of CMS data and contribute to the HL-LHC upgrades on L1 Track Trigger and Outer Tracker modules production. Responsibilities also include work on the HCAL and BRIL subsystems.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to analysis of CMS data

  • Work on HCAL and BRIL subsystems

Requirements

  • PhD in Experimental Particle Physics or a related field
  • Experience with CMS experiment data analysis
  • Strong background in particle physics and software/hardware development
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
