Position Overview

Discover more atmosphere. Colorado State University (CSU) invites applications for postdoctoral fellow positions in the Department of Atmospheric Science. Fellows will conduct specialized research under the guidance of a faculty adviser in one or more of the following areas:

  • Atmospheric chemistry
  • Climate and atmosphere-ocean dynamics
  • Cloud microphysics, severe storms, and mesoscale meteorology
  • Atmospheric Science
  • Data assimilation, machine learning, and causal discovery
  • Global biogeochemical cycles and ecosystems
  • Radiation and remote sensing
  • Education and human resources

Qualifications

Required: Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science or a related field (chemistry, physics, computer science, engineering)

Science Ability to work collaboratively in a research-intensive academic environment

Annual salary range: $59,000 – $70,000
