Postdoctoral Fellow in Cancer Biology

About the role

The Carman Li Lab at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, seeks two postdoctoral fellows to investigate the molecular mechanisms and intervention strategies for BRCA1-related breast cancer.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent research projects using advanced genetically engineered mouse models, 3D organoid cultures, single-cell omics, patient sample analyses, and other approaches.
• Contribute to cutting-edge research and help advance the frontiers of cancer biology.
• Present work broadly and publish discoveries in peer-reviewed journals.

Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or MD/PhD degree.
• Experience in cancer biology and/or mouse genetics.
• A strong record of productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Pay

Salary is commensurate with experience.
