Job Summary
Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma seeks candidates to assist in the daily management of an outlet store. Starting pay and benefits are provided.
Essential Job Functions
- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer/contributor service skills.
- Absorb and balance cash drawers, conduct store safety inspections, and attend training as required.
- Abide by agency policies and adhere to safety rules and codes.
- Complete and maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
Qualifications
- High School degree or GED, preferred.
- Prior retail experience or customer service/relation experience preferred.
- Six months supervisory experience, preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, twisting, bending, grabbing and reaching for long periods of time.
- Occasional squatting, kneeling, stooping.
- Good finger dexterity and feeling.
- Frequent repetitive motions.
- Talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
- The ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds, or more with assistance.
Work Environment
- Climate-controlled retail or production environment most of the time.
- Exposure to airborne particles such as dust, mold, dirt and pollen as well as extreme heat and cold.
- Moderate noise level.
