As a Beaches Associate Store Manager/Shift Lead, you will assist the Store Manager in leading your store location while building a high-performing, guest-focused team.

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and drive overall business performance
• Lead, coach, and develop a motivated commission sales team
• Drive commission sales, memberships, customer service upgrades, and revenue growth
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience on every visit
• Train, motivate, and retain a team of top talent
• Inspire your team to crush individual and store goals
• Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational standards
• Build a fun, positive, energetic, and results-driven team culture
• Coach and motivate sales team members
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Support daily operations and opening/closing procedures

Qualifications

• Love working with people
• Have great communication skills
• Enjoy commission sales and helping customers find the right products and services
• Are dependable, positive, and self-motivated
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• One (1+) year of sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail
