We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, there is a description about Concordance (About Concordance). That could be "About the role"? Actually "About Concordance" is about organization, not role. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" for description of role? The posting includes "Position Overview: Post-Release Case Manager" and then "Your role will involve:" then "Key Responsibilities:" etc. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe from Position Overview), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Requirements (maybe Required Education and Licensure, Physical Requirements), Qualifications (maybe Personal Attributes?), Skills (maybe interpersonal skills, etc.), Benefits (Team benefits), Pay (maybe not explicit), Schedule (maybe not explicit). We need to include only sections with real specific content. Let's extract content. Join this incredible team and support our efforts to expand our impact. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's no explicit cookie etc. Conditions of employment maybe considered boilerplate? It's specific to hiring but maybe considered conditions of employment; but instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Conditions of employment might be considered legal? Might be okay to keep? It's not exactly EEO. It's about drug test, background check etc. Might be considered part of hiring process but not explicitly prohibited. However they said "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Conditions of employment could be considered minor metadata; but they are specific requirements for employment. Might be okay to include as a short paragraph under maybe "Requirements"? But we already have Requirements section for education/licensure/physical. Conditions could be separate but maybe we can incorporate into Requirements as bullet list. We need to avoid sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's decide sections: - About the role: Could combine Position Overview and maybe About Concordance? But About Concordance is about organization, not role. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (position overview). We'll include the Position Overview paragraph. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities list. - Requirements: Could include Required Education and Licensure, Physical Requirements, Conditions of employment (drug test, background check, etc.) maybe as subpoints. - Qualifications: Personal Attributes maybe. - Skills: Could be interpersonal skills, communication skills, etc. But we might combine Qualifications and Skills? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine Personal Attributes and Skills into one section like "Qualifications and Skills". But we have headings list; we can choose to include Qualifications and Skills separately if they have content. Let's see content: Personal Attributes: Passion for mission, compassion, ability to multitask, energy for multidisciplinary team, excellent interpersonal skills, high-quality verbal/written communication, familiarity with 12-step programming. That's both attributes and skills. Could be under Qualifications. Skills: maybe not separate. We could have Qualifications (education, licensure, physical) and Skills (personal attributes). But we already have Requirements for education/licensure/physical. So Qualifications could be personal attributes. Thus sections: - About the role (position overview) - Responsibilities (key responsibilities) - Requirements (education/licensure, physical requirements, conditions of employment) - Qualifications (personal attributes) - Benefits (team benefits) Pay: posting mentions "competitive pay" but not specific numbers. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It says "competitive pay and paid time off" - that is stating competitive pay (though not specific). Is that enough? It says "competitive pay" is a statement of pay. It might be considered stating pay. However they said never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state "competitive pay". That is a statement about pay, albeit vague. Should we include Pay section? The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state competitive pay, so we could include Pay section with that sentence. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Pay section would be thin (just "competitive pay"). Might be better to fold into Benefits? But Benefits already includes "competitive pay and paid time off". Actually Benefits section includes "competitive pay and paid time off". So we could incorporate pay into Benefits. The Benefits section currently includes "competitive pay and paid time off, a matching 401(k), and a comprehensive benefits package...". So we can keep Benefits and not separate Pay. Schedule: not stated. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. Now we need to format with

headings,
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. We need to extract details precisely. Let's parse each section. About the role: Position Overview paragraph: "Post-Release Case Manager The post-release case manager serves as a trusted guide, advocate, and accountability partner for participants by monitoring progress and helping participants navigate through obstacles. Post-release case managers facilitate both individual and group sessions with participants and serve as the designated leader of participants’ care teams. The post-release case manager collaborates with the care team to ensure participants are obtaining quality support as they advance through the program model." We could also include the sentence "Your role will involve:" but that leads into responsibilities. So About the role can be just the Position Overview. We need to preserve all substantive information: maybe also include the department and location? The instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Department and location could be considered minor metadata. Could fold into a short

at top? But they said output ONLY the HTML fragment, no extra. We could include a

with department and location before headings? The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short

at beginning: "Department: CLS. Location: St. Louis, Missouri." That seems okay. But we need to avoid duplication. We'll include that as a

before sections. Now Responsibilities: Need to extract list items from "Key Responsibilities:" and the subsequent text. The text after "Key Respons
