Post Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Proficiency with Adobe PremiereTrack and manage all active post-production projects across the scripted, un-scripted, and gaming channels, keeping a clear view of status, ownership, and deadlines
  • Own the rollout and day-to-day management of a new editing workflow, including training editors, documenting processes, and refining the system as needs change
  • Coordinate timelines across multiple editors and channels, proactively identifying scheduling conflicts or resource gaps
  • Serve as the point of contact between editors, senior editors, and creative leads on project status and priorities
  • Identify inefficiencies in the post-production pipeline and recommend or implement process improvements
  • Assemble and edit cuts
  • Add creative flair: animations, transitions, music, and sound design to enhance the viewing experience
  • Work with Senior Editors and creative leads on content pacing and viewer engagement
  • Work alongside other editors to share techniques, improve workflows, and maintain consistent quality

Requirements

  • Highly accountable and reliable, consistently hitting or exceeding deadlines for both editing deliverables and project milestones

Qualifications

  • Experience with motion graphics, rotoscoping, and basic compositing techniques using After Effects
  • Prior experience in a production coordinator, post-production supervisor, or project management role
  • Familiarity with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Frame.io, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Sound design and sound mixing experience
  • Knowledge of up-to-date internet & meme culture
