Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team, promoting safety and continuous improvement while ensuring top-notch product quality.
• Schedule production priorities, coordinate staff, and manage workflows to hit production goals on time.
• Foster a collaborative environment where employees are motivated and committed to achieving excellence.
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), adjust strategies as needed, and generate reports for site management.
• Inspect product and sign quality control check sheets as required per quality standards/procedures.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in a production environment.
• Ability to display strong interpersonal skills, be accessible and approachable.
• Utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures.
• Thermoforming or plastics experience preferred, willing to relocate if necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including shift work from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
