Responsibilities

  • Operate moderately complex post-press equipment of intermediate to advanced difficulty, including performing preventive maintenance functions.
  • Utilize basic to intermediate computer systems to complete duties.
  • Process multiple product types, including Advent Machine operation, cutting, handwork, 3-hole drilling, and packing.
  • Perform complete set-up of the press efficiently, monitor and maintain equipment, manage stock supplies, check order shipments, stamp and proofread customer orders, and generate labels.
  • Determine and understand all order instructions, run press productively while meeting job requirements for ink density, ink and water balance, color matching, and quality standards that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Resolve production issues by altering processes to meet additional specifications and notify the Team Manager to obtain additional information or resources as required.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED and 3 years of warehouse experience.
  • 1 year of plating experience.
  • Strong PC knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 hourly. This position is eligible for an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and internal equity.
