Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to individuals after employment placement to ensure successful integration and sustainability.
• Collaborate with Employment Coaches and employers to promote positive employment outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to support ongoing employment success.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, employers, and team members.
• Understanding of contractual environments relevant to employment support.
• Current driver’s license.
