About the role
The BIPD is part of the FCT-funded project "EWRI - Exploitative working relationships: Impact on employees’ health and behaviors". The position is offered by BRU - Business Research Unit within the area of Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research in the field of exploitative working relationships.
- Analyze data related to employee health and behaviors.
- Collaborate with other researchers and stakeholders.
- Present findings at conferences and publish in academic journals.
Requirements
- Completed PhD in Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior.
- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
