Responsibilities

  • Drive a project to develop the next generation of highly sensitive and multi-specific T cell receptors for adoptive cell transfer immunotherapies of blood cancers and solid tumors with the goal to prevent relapses in treated patients.
  • Lead a project independently while mentoring and directing junior members of the team under the PI's supervision.

Qualifications

  • MD and/or a PhD in a biological science with a diverse knowledge of immunology.
  • Proficient in immunology techniques and know-how.
  • Strong scientific writing skills, ability to write and apply for funding opportunities and abstracts.
  • Able to digest complex material and synthesize innovative ideas.
  • Compile and clearly present data to an eclectic audience, both orally and written.
  • Strong understanding of T cell biology and signaling is required.
  • Demonstrate strong capacities to lead tool and technology development to interrogate biology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in gene editing, proteomics and microscopy.
  • Strong publication record.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is from $80,172 to $95,014, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
