The Post Closing/Shipping Specialist at Green Brick Mortgage is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of post-closing activities, including the delivery of loan files to investors and compliance with all requirements. Responsibilities

• Review and verify closed loan files for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver loan files to investors.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines.
• Resolve any post-closing issues or deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records of post-closing activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of post-closing procedures and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in post-closing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage post-closing.
