Responsibilities
- Assist in underwriting and analyzing loan applications
- Prepare and present loan proposals to clients
- Manage loan documentation and closing processes
- Monitor loan performance and provide regular updates to clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with real estate loan origination and underwriting
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and valuation techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
