Description
Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Non-QM guidelines.
Perform thorough audits of closed loans, ensuring all conditions have been met with Non-QM guidelines.
Deliver complete collateral and trailing document packages as assigned.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in loan files.
Prepare final closing documents and coordinate with title companies and lenders to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain organized records of all closed loans and related documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes related to Non-QM products.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders and inclusive of communication to our clients and borrowers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage post-closing.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage documents.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in mortgage software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adhere to production standards while thriving in high-pressure environments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks without compromising quality.
