Requirements

• At least 2 years of patent litigation experience.
• An active membership in the state bar and compliance with continuing legal education (CLE) requirements.
• Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Enjoy using analytical skills for complex and detailed legal matter analysis.

Pay

The salary for this position is $235,000 - $390,000, depending upon qualifications and experience, and will be adjusted for flex-time schedules.
