Join our growing Positive Support Services Team! Positive Support Services (PSS) promotes community participation, person-centeredness and inclusion. We serve people with disabilities who have been approved for waivered services in home and community-based settings. Services provide positive support strategies to promote and increase skills and self-determination for those striving to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Supports the preparation of individualized functional behavior assessments and implements PSS transition plans and/or support plans for clients.
• Contributes to evaluating the effectiveness of services by collecting data as requested and collaborating with PSS team members to evaluate opportunities for improvement.
• Provides training to Direct Support Professionals, caregivers, or parents/guardians
