Positive Support Services Analyst and Positive Support Specialist
HOURS
The position offers 40 hours per week, split between 20 PSS Analysts and 20 PSS Specialists. Workdays are flexible, Monday through Friday, with scheduled hours varying based on client needs. The role requires flexibility to meet clients' needs, including working in the early morning or late afternoon/evening.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, master's degree, or Ph.D. in a social services discipline
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Qualifications of a mental health practitioner as defined in Stat. §245.462, subd. 17
- A licensed Behavior Analyst or a board-certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.
- One of the following experience:
- Two (2) years of supervised experience conducting functional behavior assessments and designing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of positive practice behavior support strategies for people who exhibit challenging behaviors, as well as co-occurring mental disorders and neurocognitive disorders.
- Four (4) years of experience implementing or carrying out behavioral plans that were developed off of a functional behavior assessment and that utilize positive practice behavior support strategies for people who exhibit challenging behaviors, as well as co-occurring mental disorders and neurocognitive disorders.
- Must pass First Aid competency and CPR competency
- Must have dependable transportation, a current driver's license, car insurance, and a driving record meeting our insurability standards
- Must meet all employment requirements defined by CCRI's policy and procedure manual
