Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support monthly PBIS Team meetings.
- Collaborate with the building principal and PBIS Team to develop and implement the Schoolwide Positive Behavior Support Plan (SWBSP).
- Review Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) and Office Discipline Referral (ODR) data to identify priorities and monitor progress.
- Affiliate with the PBIS Team in developing action plans based on behavioral data.
- Maintain and update PBIS documentation, including meeting agendas, sign-in sheets, minutes, and action plans.
- Cook up and communicate upcoming PBIS events, including staff trainings, student celebrations, booster lessons, and family/community engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate discipline referral data and assist the team in analyzing trends to guide decision-making.
- Attend district PBIS Coach meetings and actively participate in districtwide collaboration.
- Share successful PBIS strategies and best practices with district colleagues.
- Communicate regularly with building administrators, PBIS team members, and district personnel regarding PBIS implementation.
- Ensure the school utilizes available district PBIS resources to support implementation.
- Monitor implementation fidelity through the Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Submit required monthly documentation and timesheets by established deadlines.
- Complete additional duties related to PBIS implementation as assigned by the building principal or district administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing PBIS frameworks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.
Benefits
- Up to 20 hours per year (outside the contractual workday, as approved and assigned).
- Compensation of $40.00 per hour.
Pay
