- Design and execute end-to-end reconciliation frameworks comparing position and P&L outputs across legacy and target platforms.
- Define and maintain certification criteria and acceptance thresholds to validate position parity across accounts, strategies, asset classes, and legal entities.
- Perform detailed root-cause analysis on position breaks and P&L discrepancies, distinguishing among system behavior differences, sourcing gaps, lifecycle timing issues, and data quality failures.
- Develop and maintain automated controls, exception reporting, and monitoring dashboards to support continuous validation.
- Partner closely with the Position Management Product Owner, Technology, and Accounting teams to resolve upstream data issues impacting reconciliation outcomes.
- Prepare evidence-based certification and sign-off materials for senior stakeholders, auditors, and migration governance forums.
- Monitor intraday position breaks and EOD reconciliation exceptions, escalating material issues and driving timely resolution within defined SLAs.
5+ years of experience in position management, investment data reconciliation, or operational controls within a global asset management, asset servicing, or prime brokerage environment.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience designing and executing multi-asset position and P&L reconciliations.
Familiarity with position parity testing, UAT methodologies, and migration certification for investment book of record platforms.
Solid understanding of position lifecycle inputs, including trade economics, settlements, corporate actions, FX revaluations, and cost basis methodologies.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel, with experience developing exception reporting and control dashboards.

Salary Range: $87,000.00 - $93,000.00
