Job Responsibilities

• Engaging the child in age-appropriate activities (reading, playing, music, crafts, etc)
• Inside play, outdoor exploration, and going on walks.
• Diaper changes and supporting overall healthy hygiene.
• Managing the child’s sleeping and eating schedules.
• Manage the child’s laundry.
• Reading to the child.
• Serving the child (premade) meals and healthy snacks.
• Take the child to activities (e.g. storytime, music class, museum outings, playdates)
• Encourage socialization.
• Keeping the child’s room and shared spaces clean and tidy.
• Occasional child-related errands (e.g. returning library books)

Requirements

• 3+ years of nanny experience with a similar age group.
• Likely authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2–3 strong, relevant references.
• Punctual and reliable
• Must be able to carry baby (up to 30 lbs) safely up 1-2 flights of stairs

Pay

$30.00+ per hour gross, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for hours worked beyond 40 per week.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 9 am – 7 pm
Fridays: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
There is some flexibility to start at 10am on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays
