POS Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Process service requests and work orders using ServiceNow.
• Support steady-state break/fix requests for retail technology.
• Cook up technology activities for Real Estate Project Delivery (REPD) including store openings, remodels, relocations, and Move-Add-Change (MAC) requests.
• Prepare and deploy technology for enterprise project initiatives, including the OMS BOPIS Printer Project.
• Build, configure, image, stage, and test retail technology hardware prior to deployment.
• Assemble hardware kits for store installations and technology refreshes.
• Receive, inventory, and validate incoming hardware shipments.
• Perform quality assurance testing on new and refurbished equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and verify equipment functionality before deployment.
• Manage asset tracking throughout the complete hardware lifecycle.
• Cook up hardware refurbishment, redeployment, retirement, and environmentally compliant disposal.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update asset management systems.
• Ensure documentation and ticket updates remain accurate and current.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1-3 years of IT support, hardware deployment, asset management, desktop support, or technical operations experience.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (preferred).
• Familiarity with hardware deployment, imaging, staging, and asset tracking.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts including switches, routers, and wireless devices.
• Experience supporting retail technology or enterprise hardware environments is a plus.
• Comfortable lifting and moving computer equipment as needed.
