Portuguese Part-Time Call Center Representative

First National Bank of America is seeking customer-focused bilingual candidates to join our call center. We are willing to train candidates who possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, regardless of their prior work experience. A successful representative will be goal-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute as a valued team member. This role works with a dedicated group committed to helping customers, handling varied situations that require strong service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and other communications from loan customers and others, assisting with varied inquiries.
• Resolve loan customers’ requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage in outbound calls to provide exceptional service and follow up for customers.
• Create and maintain appropriate customer records.

• Bilingual (Portuguese/English) required.

Pay

Compensation includes an hourly wage, monthly incentive pay based on performance, and a shift premium for hours worked after 5:00 PM.

Our Lansing location borders East Lansing, making it convenient for students or nearby residents.
