Ports & Maritime Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead diverse projects in marine infrastructure and coastal resilience
- Oversee project financials, technical quality, and deliverables
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across Jacobs’ global network
- Develop and maintain client relationships with public and private stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or related engineering field
- Minimum 10 years in consulting with at least 5 years of project or task management experience
- Experience with the design and design management of waterfront projects
- Strong grasp of contract documents, technical specifications, and client deliverables
- Substantial experience in the preparation of technical and cost proposals to deliver winning proposals
- Good communication skills and ability to interface with clients and stakeholders, both internal and external
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (Florida preferred) or PMP certification
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline
- Track record delivering ports & maritime or climate resilience projects
- Experience with cost estimating and construction-phase services
- Existing client relationships with port authorities and/or other organizations involved in the development of waterfront or coastal resilience projects

Certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonuses, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $134,500.00 to $185,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
