About the role

The Portion Room Associate is responsible for ensuring that all food portions are measured accurately and consistently according to the recipes provided. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of portion control.

Responsibilities

• Measure and portion out ingredients accurately according to recipes
• Ensure all food items are prepared in accordance with health and safety guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to management
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a food service or kitchen environment preferred
• Ability to read and understand recipes and measurements
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and tools
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
