About the role
Responsible for functional areas of Portfolio Operations within a product-led organization, including capital allocation, capital budget governance, operating budget governance, capacity management, performance governance, and contracts management. Under general supervision of a Portfolio Ops Lead and in conjunction with the Principal Portfolio Lead, direct activities related to one or more Portfolio Operations functions while building expertise in other functions.
Responsibilities
- Place Coupa purchase orders and process invoicing for projects.
- Work in Clarity (or learn the system) to assist with resource and project updates for project and time management.
- Use Excel and PowerPoint effectively.
- Oversee all aspects of assigned portfolio functional area.
- Identify, understand scope of work, organize work, and develop delivery plan and approach.
- Participate in audits and other functionally related activities.
- Lead and manage conversations with leaders across the organization as needed.
- Develop a mindset of driving data-driven decisions and support other stakeholders in skill development.
- Influence the culture of continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and lead large-scale organization efforts.
- Set target deadlines, ensure clear predictability, and monitor and summarize progress of tasks.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of overall experience.
- Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget.
- Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and all levels within the organization.
- Ability to participate in audits and other functionally related activities.
- Develop a mindset of driving data-driven decisions and support other stakeholders in the same.
Skills

Pay
$29.50/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
