Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical implementations, delivering complex data conversions and integrations that drive successful enterprise transformations
- Configure Planview modules to align with business goals, creating scalable solutions that improve portfolio visibility and strategic decision-making
- Translate technical and business requirements into system configurations and workflows that deliver measurable outcomes
- Create data migration strategies that ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity across multiple systems and product lines
- Design and execute integrations using Planview frameworks and application programming interfaces (APIs), enabling seamless data exchange across platforms
- Drive issue resolution and performance tracking, identifying risks early and improving delivery outcomes through data-driven insights
- Create detailed technical documentation that enables consistency, scalability and long-term system success
- Influence delivery success by communicating system dependencies, risks and progress clearly to stakeholders and technical leaders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems or a related field
5+ years of experience in software implementation, system integration or software as a service (SaaS) deployments
Hands-on experience configuring Planview or similar project portfolio management platforms
Strong expertise in SQL, Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for data mapping and validation
Experience designing integrations using APIs, data migration strategies and enterprise data workflows
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams
