Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Optimize the portfolio through the clients' use of the line of credit
- Identify and mitigate pre-default account risk
- Support post-default collections on defaulted accounts
- Collaborate and strategize with Risk and Recovery department
- Inspect inventory and accuracy of audits and repossession
- Complete onboarding of new clients
- Cultivate Cox Automotive cross-functional business unit relationships
Requirements
- Lives within the assigned Jackson, MS surrounding market including Hattiesburg, Hinds County and Byram
- Must have 4+ years of related experience in finance, client facing, customer service, B2B, account management and/or collections
- Preferred Automotive and/or floorplan industry background
- Financial knowledge and acumen preferred
Qualifications
- BA/BS with 4+ years related experience in finance, client facing, customer service, B2B, account management and/or collections
- MS degree and 2+ years, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to visit clients at least 60% of the time with occasional overnight travel
- Valid driver's license required

- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Knowledge of the finance industry
- Strong financial acumen with working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology
- Ability to identify risk indicators through data tools
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with clients, collaborate with internal team members and external partners
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage deadlines
- Strong negotiation and collection skills

- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of safety awareness and take necessary safety precautions
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Salesforce

Pay
USD 89,400.00 - 134,000.00 per year
Schedule
Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
