Guaranty Bank and Trust is seeking a Full-Time Commercial Portfolio Manager to serve as the primary credit and portfolio support partner to a Commercial Loan Officer. This role is critical to delivering responsive, well-structured commercial lending solutions while maintaining strong credit quality and regulatory compliance. The Commercial Portfolio Manager works closely with loan officers, credit leadership, and operations to analyze credit requests, manage existing loan portfolios, and ensure timely, accurate underwriting and ongoing monitoring. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytically driven professional who values collaboration, accountability, and relationship-based banking.
