Portfolio Manager
CRMG is seeking a highly motivated Residential Portfolio Manager to join the growing residential team. Our Portfolio Managers are leaders who provide a key point of contact for clients and excel at building high-functioning teams to manage a diverse portfolio of multi-family residential properties.
About the role
The portfolio will consist of a range of mid-size conventional properties (50+ unit communities). The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue growth, occupancy goals, and the client’s asset performance expectations. These goals are accomplished by creating and mentoring an inclusive, diverse, and talented team of people to provide the best experience for all communities, residents, and team members. Responsibilities
- Establish strong professional relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
- Communicate effectively and work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Manage full-time multi-family portfolio operations with subject matter expertise in Landlord/Tenant law in Oregon and Washington, including Fair Housing laws, and advanced knowledge of state and federal labor laws and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional financial and accounting reports and analytics with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Learn and utilize new software and technology; Entrata experience is a plus.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies.
- Travel between properties using reliable transportation with a current driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
Requirements
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of full-time multi-family portfolio management experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and confidence.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Subject matter expert (SME) knowledge of Landlord/Tenant law in Oregon and Washington, including Fair Housing laws.
- Advanced knowledge of state and federal labor laws and safety protocols.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm to learn new software and technology; Entrata experience preferred.
- Availability for after-hours emergencies.
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.

Pay
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly (DOE), plus a $75.00 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement for business-related travel.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
