Portfolio Delivery Leader - Technology, Media and Telco (TMT)

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio health and status across all engagements
• Drive pre-sales and delivery alignment for opportunities
• Manage the Services Delivery Strategy content in reviews
• Protect deal margins through active monitoring
• Engage C-suite stakeholders to ensure customer confidence
• Lead recovery efforts for delivery issues
• Drive resource strategy across the portfolio
• Identify and flag expansion signals within accounts

Qualifications

• Currently at Director level or above
• Experience managing a complex, multi-engagement book with revenue accountability
• Strong financial acumen for interpreting portfolio financials
• Prioritization of financial performance and portfolio health
• Proven executive-level relationship management skills
• Experience in governing delivery risk and deal viability
• Ability to drive outcomes in a matrixed environment
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Experience with fixed-fee delivery models
