Portfolio Analyst
About the role
The Portfolio Analyst will build and refine financial models, analyze portfolio-wide performance across data centers, translate strategic and operational initiatives into clear financial insights, support KPI reporting and cross-functional decision-making, and strengthen finance processes to drive disciplined, scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust financial models and long-range scenario analyses to evaluate business performance against key goals and metrics
- Conduct ad hoc analyses related to strategic initiatives, capital planning, and operational investments, translating assumptions into clear financial impact and decision-ready insights
- Synthesize and analyze financial and operational data across all our data centers
- Support in building and monitoring KPIs/dashboards for our data centers, highlighting opportunities to drive better outcomes and providing recommendations for improvement with a strong understanding of our strategic priorities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments on high priority and growth initiatives; provide support
- Improve finance workflows, modeling standards, and reporting processes to increase rigor, efficiency, and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, corporate FP&A, or a similarly analytical environment
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel (or equivalent tools); ability to build clean, flexible, auditable models
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) is a plus
- Prior experience in a data center is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities
- High intellectual curiosity and strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills
- Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a comprehensive background screening
Skills
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel (or equivalent tools)

$76,320.00 - $83,740.00
