Role & Responsibilities
- General cleaning of Interior and exterior apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and leasing offices
- Absorb and assist with turnover cleaning as needed
- Absorb and assist with light maintenance tasks such as bulb replacements, lighting inspections, etc.
- Participate in snow removal efforts
About You
- Basic janitorial skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong desire to continually improve technical skills
- Positive, “can-do” attitude, professionalism, and a high level of enthusiasm
- Self-motivated with high-level of initiative
- Desire to expand property maintenance knowledge and skills
About the Role
Apartment Porter position offers competitive compensation starting at $17/hour, with bonus opportunities and benefits. Benefits are available on the 1st of each month, following 30 days of employment. These benefits include:
