Responsibilities
- Maintain order and security in the building
- Handle resident and delivery requests efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Knowledge of local building regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Background check required
