AI Disclosure Statement At The Boyd Group and all affiliated companies, we do not use artificial intelligence (AI) or automated tools to screen, assess, or select applicants for employment. All hiring decisions are made by real people who review each application individually. Compensation Details $15 - 21 / Hour Supplemental Pay Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives. We need to extract sections: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph about company and role? The "Job Description" line is a heading? We can treat "About the role" as a section summarizing the role description: The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities. Also maybe the "Our Commitment" paragraph? That is about company commitment to diversity. Could be part of About the role? But we need to decide. We have sections: Responsibilities (list), Requirements (Education/Experience), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (Required Skills/Abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (maybe not present). There's no explicit schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section unless present. There's no schedule details like full-time/part-time, shift. So omit Schedule. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" in Pay section? Actually Pay section we have "$15 - 21 / Hour Supplemental Pay Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives." The phrase "commensurate with skill, education and experience" is allowed? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It says we should not create a Pay section if the content is just filler like "commensurate with experience". But here we have actual numbers $15 - 21 / Hour plus supplemental pay and bonus eligibility. That's substantive. So we can include Pay section with that info. However we need to avoid the filler phrase maybe we can keep it but it's okay? The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't say we must remove filler within the section; just that we shouldn't have a heading with only filler. Since we have real numbers, it's fine. Benefits: we have a list. Good. Responsibilities: we have a list of duties. Requirements: Education/Experience Required. Skills: Required Skills/Abilities. Other Requirements: physical demands etc. Could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we have Requirements and Qualifications separate. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = education/experience, Qualifications = maybe certifications, etc. But we have "Education And/or Experience Required" and also "Other Requirements" (physical). Could combine into Requirements. Qualifications maybe empty; we should not create a Qualifications heading if no specific content. So we omit Qualifications. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. No job title given explicitly; maybe "Porter". We'll not use that as heading. Now we need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract. About the role: combine the introductory paragraphs: "Company: Gerber Collision & Glass Great Teams Don’t Happen by Accident Built with Intent. Driven by YOU. At the Gerber Collision & Glass, our teams work to provide the elite infrastructure and supportive environment you need to Be the Best and outperform at every touchpoint in collision and glass services. As we continue to grow and lead the industry, we ensure you have the resources and the team behind you to move your career forward. Ready to grow with a team that’s built for your success? Apply today. Our Commitment The Boyd Group welcomes unique talents from all backgrounds and characteristics. We act with integrity and appreciate the diverse perspectives that make our "Greater Team" exceptional. Qualified individuals, including those with disabilities and Protected Veterans, are encouraged to apply." Also maybe include the brief description: "The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities." That could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. Since Responsibilities already list duties, we could put that as part of About the role (overview). Let's include it. Thus About the role

containing that text. Responsibilities: list of duties from "Key Job Responsibilities". Let's extract each bullet: - Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. - Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area. - Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying of waste cans, sweeping the floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location. - Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary. - Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning. - Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete. - Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs. We need to ensure we keep the exact phrasing. Also note there is a line "Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessaryPre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning." There's missing punctuation; we can keep as is but maybe add a space. We'll keep as given but ensure readability. We'll create

    • for each. Requirements: Education And/or Experience Required: "High School diploma / GED preferredAbility to multitaskAutomotive experience preferredClear close vision required18 years or age or olderValid Driver's licenseStrong attention to detail". Also "Other Requirements" list physical demands: Pulling/Pushing, CarryingWalking 5+SittingStanding 5+Stoop, Kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1+Operate a motor vehicleLift up to 50 poundsWithstand exposure to working near moving mechanical partsStoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl We could combine both into Requirements section as a list. However some are not clearly separated; we need to parse. Let's split: Education/Experience: - High School diploma / GED preferred - Ability to multitask - Automotive experience preferred - Clear close vision required - 18 years of age or older - Valid Driver's license - Strong attention to detail Other Requirements (physical): - Pulling/Pushing - Carrying - Walking 5+ - Sitting - Standing 5+ - Stoop, Kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1+ - Operate a motor vehicle - Lift up to 50 pounds - Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts - Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl (duplicate? maybe it's repeated) We'll list them as items. Skills: Required Skills/Abilities: "Customer Service AbilitiesPositive AttitudeTrustworthy and ReliableWillingness to learn". Split: - Customer Service Abilities - Positive Attitude - Trustworthy and Reliable - Willingness to learn Benefits: list from "Benefits That Drive Your Success Gerber offers the comprehensive benefits you expect from an industry leader, including:" then list: - Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) plans - 2 weeks of Paid Parental Leave for Full time Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week - 6 paid holidays annually - Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental & Vision Insurance effective Day 1 - 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match -
