Porter (The Monument)

Position Summary

The Porters main objective is to provide building maintenance and safety to the office, staff and residents. Conducting daily routine cleaning of all interior and exterior grounds. The porters will report directly to the Superintendent, ensuring the building is up to code.

Schedule

Monday-Friday (10pm-6am)

Pay

Salary Range: $39,000-$43,000

Requirements

• Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position.
• The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
