Porter - Maintenance

About the role

Article Student Living is looking for a Porter to join our maintenance team for a full-time role to ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and appearance of our community. You will ensure our established standards for the property. As a luxury housing community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are high. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community.

Responsibilities

• Be a helpful resource for residents
• Support the maintenance team
• Daily on-site trash collection
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Suggest ideas for property improvement

No prior experience is required for this entry-level position.

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $15 - $17, plus commissions.
