PORTER KITCHEN UTILITY STWD

Responsibilities

• Cleans chinaware, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, and refrigeration units.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen, pantry, and service areas including floors and trash receptacles.
• Removes trash from kitchens, dining rooms, and service areas, including fat and grease rendering barrels.
• Delivers and sets up dishware to outlets.
• Maintains supply of coffee and carbonated beverages and ensures equipment cleanliness.
• Performs deep cleaning of all equipment.
• Promotes positive public relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to perform strenuous manual labor safely and efficiently.
• Standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, reaching, working at heights, working around people, hearing, speaking, seeing, writing, reading, making decisions based on facts, planning and supervising activities, working under pressure/stress, working with basic math skills, working inside, exposed to chemicals, exposed to dust, fumes, gases, smoke, excessive noise, working in dimly lit areas, working in sudden marked changes of temperature and humidity.
