Maintained Duties
- Maintaining an organised and clean wash up cycle of crockery, cutlery, pans and other goods
- Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy
- Operating and cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Keeping the stores area clean
- Assisting with receiving and checking goods inwards
- Cleaning and waste collation of external areas
Support Roles
- Assisting under supervision with simple food preparation and service of food
Qualifications and Training
- No specific qualifications are required as on-the-job training will be provided
- A basic food hygiene course must be completed within six months
Skills
- A good basic standard of literacy and numeracy
- Good communication skills
Benefits
- Part-time, term-time contract of 25 hours per week, 34 weeks of the year
- 4-weeks off over the Christmas period
- 3-weeks off at Easter
- 12-weeks off over the summer
Salary
£24,479 per annum pro rata
