KITCHEN PORTER

About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join the team at New Park Manor Hotel, part of the Luxury Family Hotel group.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all plates, crockery and cooking equipment is cleaned
• Overseeing the pot wash area of the kitchen and ensuring that all crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment is cleaned efficiently and correctly
• Ensuring your section is prepared and cleaned down
• Ensuring your station is clean and tidy throughout your shift and at the end of your shift ready for handover
• Making sure your work area is safe and any chemicals used are used correctly

Requirements

• Food Hygiene level 2 is beneficial but not essential
• Charisma, an engaging personality and a passion for providing great service to our guests
• Ability to keep calm and focussed during busy service and to keep your station clean and tidy throughout your shift

Pay

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour plus service charge.

Schedule

Your shifts will vary and will include some weekends.
